  • What is your return policy?

    • If the products you selected didn’t work out, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase date.  Items must be unopened and in original packaging and you would be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

  • What sizes do you offer?
    • The Holibal® is offered in two sizes, 18in and 30in.
      But it looks like you have more sizes…
    • The Holiball® is only sold in two sizes but you can inflate them to different levels so that it appears you have different sizes.
  • Is the Holiball durable enough for outdoors?
    • Yes! The Holiball® is made of a UV resistant engineered polymer. This is no rubber in the construction of the ornament so it will not dry rot. The UV coating will also protect it from fading in the sun.
  • Can the Holiball durable withstand hot and cold climates?

    • Absolutely. The material has been tested to withstand temperatures from -20 degrees to 120 degrees.

  • How long will the Holiball stay inflated?

    • We guarantee the Holiball® will stay inflated for a minimum of 90 days. You can keep it inflated longer, but there is a chance you will need to add more air past 90 days.

  • How do I stake the Holiball in the ground?

    • Every Holiball® comes with a hardware kit for anchoring. You can use this kit to anchor to the ground, walls or even add a weight to float them in your pool. You can attach fishing line to a dive stick and connect to the anchoring kit to ensure that the Holiball® stays upright and in position in your pool.

  • What colors are available?

    • We currently have 22 colors in 2 sizes.

  • Will you be discontinuing any colors or adding colors?

    • We do plan to grow our collection and will announce those new additions as soon as we are ready to launch them.

  • The website is showing out of stock, when will the colors be back in stock?

    • We can’t guarantee any dates but the dates that are listed on the website. Please refer back to our website periodically to check stock.

  • How do I inflate my Holiball?

    • We recommend using our Holibomb, Fast Flow Inflator. It will inflate and deflate your Holiball to vacuum pack it for storage. However, you can use most household air pumps as long as they have a tapered nozzle. We do not recommend using hand and foot pump, and please DO NOT INFLATE BY MOUTH!

  • How do I store my Holiball?

    • Once you pop the top, pull the plug and deflate, you can roll or fold your Holiball® up so it will fit nicely in a small box or bag. We recommend storing in a cool, dry climate if possible.

  • Do you have silver toppers?

  • Do I need helium to inflate the Holiball?

    • No. The Holiball® should be inflated with air from a typical household air pump- the kind that you would use for an air mattress or pool float.

  • Can I use my Holiball for other Holidays?

    • Absolutely! We hope you do! Check out our inspiration page for ideas for other events.

  • How do I get the wrinkles out of my Holiball?

    • The wrinkles take about 24 hours to work themselves out. Make sure to inflate the Holiball® until firm. Our customers have shared that a blow dryer can get them out immediately.

  • Why is my Holiball sticky?

    • If your Holiball® has a tacky feel, it is the UV coating/sealant. We have found that rubbing on a generous amount of hand sanitizer fixes the appearance. The coating/sealant will soak back in a few days after inflation.
